Retreats.

On day one you know nobody. By day three, people at breakfast see you more clearly than some old friends do. That’s a retreat: several days, deeper rest, the same faces every morning.

How I hold a retreat

You apply and I get in touch personally. You only book once it feels right.

  • Small groups

Small (8 to 14) and chosen with care: seasoned or new, everyone with a clear reason.

  • A steady rhythm

Morning breath, time on the land around midday, teaching or ceremony in the afternoon, a closing in the evening.

  • Rooms and fees

Single rooms where possible; a sliding scale on most retreats.

  • No phones

No phones in the ceremony space. Your nervous system will thank you.

What you don’t get: a packed schedule made for Instagram. What you do get: enough silence and depth for the work to really land.
