Retreats.

To meet in ceremony is one of the most powerful human experiences. A retreat is a longer container — multiple days, deeper rest, the same people in the room each morning.

How I run retreats

Retreats are by application. I keep groups small (8–14) and intentional — mixed experience levels, but everyone with a clear reason for being there. Days have a steady rhythm: morning breath, midday land time, afternoon teaching or ceremony, evening close. Single rooms where possible; sliding-scale options on most retreats. No phones in ceremony spaces.

What you don’t get: a packed Instagram-friendly schedule. What you do get: enough silence and depth that the work can actually land.

Drop me a line with the word retreat, and I’ll add you. I send 4–6 emails a year, no more — and retreat applications open from those emails before they open publicly.
