Some changes need a circle. Others need a mirror. The deepdive is the mirror — a structured 1-on-1 arc through breath, integration, and (optionally) frog medicine.
Why a structured arc
Drop-in classes are good. Single ceremonies are good. But for some seasons what you need is a
container that holds across time — the same person, the same room, sessions that build on
each other, and a structure that doesn’t collapse the moment life gets busy.
That’s what a deepdive is. Four, seven, or eleven sessions spread over
weeks or months, with intake at the start, journaling prompts between sessions, and a cacao
closing ceremony to mark the end. Track A is breathwork only. Track B adds Kambo — one,
two, or three ceremonies woven into the arc.
What we work on
Deepdives are private — we set the focus together at intake. Common arcs:
Coming out of burnout — rebuilding the nervous system, learning what rest actually feels like.
Grief integration — loss, divorce, miscarriage, the kind of grief that has no clear container in modern life.
Trauma processing — especially body-held trauma that talk therapy hasn’t fully reached. Often in collaboration with a clinical therapist.
Major transitions — career change, leaving a relationship, becoming a parent, midlife.
Reproductive arcs — preparing for IVF, postpartum, perimenopause.
Spiritual deepening — for people who already have a practice and want to go further with intentional support.
The arc, in practice
Intake
Free 60-minute call. We talk through your story, your medical context, what brought you here,
what you’d like to be different by the end of the arc. I share what I think is realistic,
and recommend track + length.
Sessions
Each session is 75–90 minutes. Breathwork sessions move between pranayama and conscious
connected breath depending on where you are. Kambo ceremonies (Track B) are 4–6 hours and
replace one breathwork session in the arc.
Between sessions
Journaling prompts, sometimes a daily breathing practice, sometimes a body practice. WhatsApp
open for short check-ins; not for ongoing therapy — that’s what sessions are for.
Closing
The final session is a cacao closing ceremony. We harvest what came up,
integrate, set ongoing practices, mark the end of the container. You leave with a clear sense
of what you carry forward.

How to begin
Book a discovery call. We talk through what you’re working
with, whether a deepdive is right for you, and which track and length make sense. After the call
you have time to decide. No pressure, no upsell — sometimes the right answer is a single
class, sometimes a referral elsewhere.
Frequently asked
How long does a deepdive take?+
A 4-session arc typically runs 6–10 weeks. A 7-session arc 3–4 months. An 11-session arc up to 6 months. Pacing is collaborative — we adjust to your nervous system and life context.
How is sliding scale decided?+
You pick what feels honest within the range. The lower end is for people in financial constraint; the upper end pays toward sliding-scale spots for others. I never ask for proof of income or push for the higher number.
Can I add Kambo later?+
Yes. Many people start on Track A (breathwork only) and add Kambo at session 4 or 5 once trust is established. Switching tracks mid-arc is common.
Online or in-person?+
Track A (breathwork only) works online or in Amsterdam. Track B (with Kambo) requires in-person sessions for the Kambo ceremonies — breathwork sessions can still be online.
What if I need to pause?+
Life happens. We can pause for up to 3 months without losing your spot. Beyond that we have a conversation about whether to restart, refund, or continue at a different cadence.
Is this therapy?+
No. I am not a licensed psychotherapist. This is somatic and breathwork coaching with optional Kambo ceremony — it can be a powerful complement to therapy but is not a replacement. If something surfaces that needs clinical support, I will say so and refer.
